★ Do you offer bulk or large orders?
Yes! We offer bulk orders for events, corporate gifts, business cards, baby showers, birthdays, save-the-dates, and other special occasions -just reach out and we’ll be happy to help. Please contact us through our Contact page.

★ How many photos can I upload?
You can upload 6 photos for the 6-magnet set and 12 photos for the 12-magnet set, one photo per magnet.

★ What size are the magnets?
Each magnet is 2.5 × 2.5 inches.

★ Are the magnets square or rounded?
All magnets are perfect squares with straight edges.

★ Will my photos be cropped?
Yes. Photos are cropped to a square during upload. You control how each image is adjusted. Once your order is placed, photos cannot be changed.

★ Will the colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen and printing differences, but we carefully optimize every image for print.

★ Are the magnets strong?
Yes! Our magnets have durable magnetic backing and hold well on refrigerators and metal surfaces.

★ Are these stickers or real photo prints?
These are real photo prints mounted on magnets, not stickers.

★ Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

★ How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 for the 6-magnet set. The 12-magnet set includes free shipping.

★ How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipping.

★ Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

★ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each order is custom-made, we don’t accept returns. If there’s a production issue, we’ll gladly replace it.
